The first winery was set up in small rented premises,
located in the outskirts of the city of Rethymno
with a production capacity of 20,000 L/year that grew over time.
The early activity was mainly Bag-in-Box and the first
serious consumer branding with bottled products started in 2002.
Business grew steadily and as the existing production capacity was outgrown the
business was relocated in 2007, in purpose built family owned premises with a capacity of 100.000 L/year
in the area of Panormo, 25 km east of the city of Rethymno.
The new winery was equipped with modern technology in both - wine making and bottling -
enabling the processing of greater volumes and higher standards of quality.
The winery is surrounded by our new organic vineyard, planted with the
famous Rethymnian white grape variety of ''Vidiano''.
